True North Mobility is a division of True North Motors & RV, proudly based at 43 Main Street in Selkirk, Manitoba. We are an authorized dealer for Emmo Electric Vehicles, specializing in the ET-4 Cruise Spark and ET-4 Cruise Connect+ — fully enclosed, four-wheel electric mobility scooters built for Canada's harshest winters.

Our mission is simple: to give Manitobans with mobility challenges the freedom to get around safely and comfortably year-round. Traditional mobility scooters leave riders exposed to snow, wind, and extreme cold. The Emmo ET-4 changes that with a fully enclosed cabin, built-in heater, power windows, windshield wiper, and an optional air conditioner — so riders stay protected in every season.

We serve customers across Selkirk, Winnipeg, the Interlake region, and all of Central Canada. Whether you are navigating downtown Selkirk or making daily trips around your community, our scooters are designed to handle Manitoba roads and sidewalks with confidence. With a 1500W high-torque motor, hydraulic disc brakes, and ranges of up to 100 km per charge, the ET-4 is built for real-world daily use — not just flat-surface showrooms.
